RE: IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR JUNE EXAMINATIONS
GRADE 8-12 JUNE EXAMINATIONS, PREPARATIONS & TIMETABLE
You are hereby informed that June Examinations will commence on Monday the 25th of My 2026.
The timetable has been issued out today on colour co-ordinated papers in terms of the following:
- Orange – Grade 10-12
- Yellow for Grade 8
- Green for Grade 9
Please note that there are fake timetables circulating and being shared via Social Media and Whatsapp Groups for purposes of misleading parents and confusing our learners.
Please ignore all other false and electronic timetables and use only this colour coded hard copy obtained from school.
Copies of timetable will also be obtainable from the Security Gate after hours.
ADMINISTRATION OF JUNE EXAMS
Please note that learners need to be at school from 07h30 -14h30 during exams.
Parents who need to fetch their learners after writing must make arrangements with the principal via : principal@noordwyksec.co.za and must be made with the child to meet in the front office at agreed times. Admin office will not be responsible for fetch learners or calling parents to collect learners.
JUNE EXAM REQUIREMENTS
All learners have been trained in handling exams.
Learners must come to school in FULL School Uniform (no hairstyles etc.) no violation of school uniform will be allowed during exams.
- Each learner must bring a Minimum of 3 Blue Pens
- Pencils, Erasers, Rulers, Sharpener and Calculator when required (NO COMING TO BORROW FROM OFFICE)
GRADE 8 – 12 SATURDAY SCHOOL
Grade 8 – 9 Saturday Support Lessons will take place this Saturday, 23 May 2026 and will ONLY resume in the Third Term.
Grade 10, 11 and 12 will continue with Extra Lessons during the course of Exams.
