*POSTPONEMENT OF VINTAGE DAY CIVIES EVENT*

- You are hereby informed of the Postponement of Vintage Day Civies Event to another date that will be later announced.

- Please note that the event cannot take place due to the funeral arrangements for one of our Grade 12 Learners.

- We thank you in advance for understanding.

*UNTIMELY DEATH OF A GRADE 12 LEARNER*

- It is with deep sorrow to announce the passing on of one of our learners who was in Grade 12G. The learner was gunned down in Olivenhoutbosch on Saturday.  

  “May His Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.” – Our thoughts, prayers and strength are with his friends and family.

- We are humbly requesting that each parent contribute R20 as condolences.

- Details of the Burial will be announced as soon as necessary arrangements are made.

MATRIC DANCE

• We would like to remind our Grade 12 Parents that Matric Dance 2026 will take place as follows:

  • Date: 12th Of September 2026

  • Time: 17h00pm

  • Venue: The Fortress Venue (Kempton Park)

• A reminder that the cost for Matric Dance is R2100.00 per learner.

• Please note that closing for all payments will be the 3rd of September 2026.

MATRIC DANCE INVITATION CEREMONY

• We would like to inform our Grade 12 Parents that Matric Dance Invitation Ceremony will take place as follows:

  • Date: 12th of September 2026

  • Time: 12h00

  • Venue: Noordwyk Secondary School Assembly Area

• Parents are requested to please contribute R50 to the ceremony.

• They will be receiving Invitations and Refreshments. All payments must be made to Mrs Matshweni or Ms Ngqoleka.

EDUCATIONAL TOURS – COMMERCE DEPARTMENT

• Commerce Educational Tour will be hosted for all EMS, Business Studies, Economics and Accounting Learners from Grade 8 – 11.

• Please note that there will be a tour to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for all Commerce Learners at a cost of R500.00.

A reminder to all parents that Term 2 Reports are no longer available. Parents will be able to collect Term 3 Reports at the end of the term which will show all 3 Terms results on the reports.

Visiting hours at the school are strictly between 13h00 – 14h30 for all queries.
