Dear Grade 12 Parents:

Please note the following for Grade 12 Cross-Nighting:

Formal Letters will be sent out tomorrow to learners:

1. Learners will attend normal Saturday School until 14h00/14h30. They will be released to go home.

2. Learners are to start arriving back at school from 17h00 on

3. Lesson 1 will start at 18h10.

4. Learners will receive a break at 00h00 (Midnight)

5. 00h30 - 01h00 they will go to their respective blocks (boys and girls separately locked in their blocks)

6. 05h00 - 06h00 learners will have a quick recap

7. 06h00 - 07h00 learners will be released to their parents and transports respectively.

Camp Requirements:

1. Sleeping Bag / Duvet / Blanket and Pillow

2. Supper Time-Lunch Box / Dinner Box / Snack Box (Microwaves will be available to learners)

3. Plastic Cups / Mugs for Tea / Coffee (Tea Coffee and Milk and Sugar will be provided)

We are requesting parents to donate Teas, Sugar, Coffee Etc as a means to suppliment our learners.
