RE: IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR TERM 3 RE-OPENING WEEK

WELCOME NOTE

We would like to welcome all our learners and parents to the third quarter of 2026. We trust all our learners are rested and ready for Term 3.

ISSUING OF REPORT CARDS

Parents are requested to note the following schedule for the issuing of report cards:

·         Grade 8 and Grade 9 Reports

·         Date: Saturday, 25 July 2026

·         Time: 08h00 – 10h00

·         Grade 10, 11 and 12 Reports

·         Date: Sunday, 26 July 2026

·         Time: 08h00 – 10h30

Parents are requested to be punctual as the issuing of Report Cards will be preceded by a short meeting.

 PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Parents whose School Fee Accounts are in arrears are requested to make payment or arrangement with finance office to avoid issues upon issuing of Report Cards on Saturday and Sunday.

GRADE 12 EXTRA LESSONS

You are requested to note that the school has Grade 12 Extra – Lessons in terms of the following:

·         Monday – Thursday: Morning and Afternoon Classes (07h00 – 07h45 and 14h30 – 16h00)

·         Friday: Morning Classes (07h00 – 07h45 – No Afternoon Classes)

·         Saturday: Full Day (07h00 – 14h30)

·         Sunday: Upon Arrangement With Select Teachers (Letter From Teacher)

Also note that Cross-Nighting is still being planned and that details will follow later.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The school will be hosting Tiger Brands on the 31st of July 2026 for different Sporting Activities.
